Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@blushevabeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, lash, and beauty items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blushevabeauty.com with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
